"A Fine Line in Between" is the second album of The Abstract.
In many ways they continue the original path layed down on their first release "Where are we going?", but there might also be some different answers to the same question on this record. Their music is clearly influenced by jazz, free improvisation and rock. Besides the loud attitude of rock music, they seem to lean more and more towards the very silent forms of songs. These sweet inner melodies give an intimate tone to the sometimes rude outside and leave the original question "Where are we going?" partially open.
Hearing the playful, sometimes grotesque melodies, this is clearly an invitation to a journey you should join if you like.
